Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Eric Ndungu founder of Avocado Trade Hub, and the guy to the left, grinning like he just closed a million-dollar deal (I didn’t… but I did finally catch some sunlight in the UK, which is rarer than a ripe avocado in February).

I started this business because I was frustrated. On one hand, Kenyan farmers grow some of the best avocados on the planet. On the other, UK/EU buyers struggle with trust and dodgy logistics,

So I built a bridge. Not a flashy tech empire, just a straightforward, transparent platform where farmers and buyers can meet, trade, and grow together. We’re focused on trust, reliability, and making avocado trade smoother.

By 2030, avocados are expected to be the highest traded tropical fruit globally. We aim to be the automated engine behind most East African avocados reaching the world. And we want you right there with us.
